  Mylar flakes are availabl e in metal and non-meta​l

  1. Commonly used metal Mylar sheets are  copper foil Mylar and aluminum foil Mylar, whose main function iδs to conduct electricity;

  2. Non-metallic Mylar is used for ↕insulation. Common materials include PC and PE₹T, which are used for surface protection of membra∑ne switches or electronic and electrical produc≥ts, or partial insulation.

  The so-called Mylar is ✔generally die-cut (DIECUT), punched into sheets according  to the requirements of the drawings or specified. It also formed Mylar$ tablets.

  PET polyester film is a biaxially stretched ≈film formed by heating dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol with× the help of related catalysts, tπhrough transesterification and vacuum ‌polycondensation. Mylar sheet has dimensional stabiΩlity, straightness and excellent tear strength, heat and↔ cold resistance, moisture resistance, water resistance, chemical corrosion r✔esistance, and has super insulation properties, excellent electrical, mechanic₩al, heat resistance, and chemical res₹istance.

  The so-called light-s≥hielding Mylar sheet is made of light-shielding polyester film★ (SOMA double matte blac♦k PET), which is stamped and formed. The formed shading Mylar ≈sheet.

  The finished Mylar is often used for t he lens shading part and the camera shading. It is used for insulating gaskets,π tapes, leaflets, etc. The manufacturing environment must be a dust-free workshop.
